Then it`s NVOCC the one unloading the container and delivering each cargo to each importer. The carrier does`t even know who are behind the NVOCC. The app would try to link exporters directly with the ocean carriers without need of a NVOCC involved, basically depending of destination and origin, type of cargo (since some cargoes cannot be mixed in same container, like hazardous) multiple inputs from exporters would be combined in a way a container can be ordered to the ocean carrier together with the freight. Questions: who would be the one responsible to receive the container at destination, since carrier needs to delivery it to 1 entity? Will this entity be entitled of goods? What kind of contract would be prepared to make sure each cargo piece will be delivered to each importer?
